SzeMUN asks all participants to respect the dress code. A proper attire is essential in order to create the unique atmosphere of a MUN-conference. Formal dress is the norm at SzeMUN, so please use your best judgment in following this norm.
The guidelines are as follows, and students will be expected to follow them, to the extent of being asked to change before participating in committee:
- Men are expected to wear a suit or a jacket, formal shoes (no sneakers) and dress pants (no jeans), with a dress shirt and tie.
- Women should wear a suit, dress and jacket, formal shoes (no sneakers), dress slacks or skirt, with a blouse or sweater (no jeans).
Please note, that you will also need a casual outfit in the evening and a swimsuit, too.
